Service Center Councils are a resource for local chapters and CTA members throughout California. Service Center Councils (SCC) function as a liaison between our State Council of Education and our local chapter affiliations. Service Centers are not considered a part of the policymaking and/or governing structure of CTA union.

 

The San Diego Service Center Council functions as a liaison for the 53 local chapters affiliated with the California Teachers Association/National Education Association.

 

The San Diego Service Center Council represents approximately 22,921 members in California Teachers Association Districts N and P.
