Grant Reimbursement Policy
Grants are paid out after you attend the conference (except where otherwise noted). All grants are paid in the form of reimbursement up-to the maximum amount ($600) established by the San Diego County Service Center Council. Conferences attended in San Diego will be reimbursed up to the maximum amount of $300.00.
ITEMIZED RECEIPTS MUST ACCOMPANY ALL REIMBURSEMENTS.
Reimbursement Procedures
To receive reimbursement check, grant recipients need to:
1. Attend the entire conference.
2. Submit a Conference Reimbursement Form (link below)
3. Complete the online San Diego Conference Evaluation Form (link below)
Receipts and Reimbursement Forms should be submitted:

Register for the Conference
DO NOT WAIT TO REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE. Many conferences sell out.
In order to secure conference and hotel reservations, applicants should register for the conference as soon as possible. If you are not selected for a grant, your registration can be cancelled or transferred to another participant.
